The terms, plainly

Perpetual. The licence does not expire, and continued use never depends on renewal or subscription.
One production environment, with unlimited instances inside it — replicas, nodes and failover copies are never counted.
Unlimited non-production use: dev, staging, QA, DR standby and local copies.
Lifetime updates at every edition, at no additional cost.
First year of standard support included. Premium support optional at 20% of the licence fee per year.
Licence verification is offline. Non-air-gapped deployments make one daily revocation check that sends the licence ID and nothing else; an unreachable server never affects your right to run. Government (air-gapped) licences make no outbound contact at all.
Reselling AI capacity through Gatewyse is prohibited. To embed Gatewyse in a product you sell, ask about an OEM licence.
