By accessing gatewyse.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms govern your use of the marketing site only; the Gatewyse software is licensed separately, and that license — delivered with the product — supersedes anything here for any question about the software itself.
Permitted use
You may read, share, and link to this site for any lawful purpose. You may not attempt to disrupt or compromise the site, scrape it at rates that degrade availability, frame it deceptively, or use it to defame, harass, or defraud.
Intellectual property
Site copy, designs, marks, and the Gatewyse name are owned by 137 & Co. or its licensors. Code snippets shown for documentation purposes may be reused under their indicated license; if no license is shown, they are illustrative only. Open-source components used by Gatewyse remain governed by their own licenses.
No accounts on this site
The marketing site does not have user accounts, logins, or stored sessions. Any account you hold relates to the Gatewyse software or to a commercial agreement with us — not to this site.

We make no representations about accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights. Pricing, features, and roadmap content reflect intent at the time of publication and may change without notice.
